Simply contact us with the brand, model, movement type (automatic or quartz) and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not essential. We’ll assess the watch and provide a clear quote before any work begins.

Basic inspections are usually free. If a more in depth diagnostic is required, we’ll always let you know in advance.

Yes. We work with a wide range of luxury and premium watch brands, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches. If we believe a watch requires brand-only servicing, we’ll advise you honestly.

Timeframes vary depending on the repair:
Battery replacement: 1-4 days
Minor repairs: 3-7 days
Full servicing: 2-9 weeks
We’ll give you an estimated turnaround once the watch is assessed.

Where applicable, watches are resealed and pressure tested after repair. Water resistance cannot be guaranteed on older or previously damaged watches we’ll always be upfront about this.

We use genuine or high-quality equivalent parts, depending on availability and your preference. All part choices are explained before work begins.

If a repair isn’t economically viable or technically possible, we’ll tell you honestly no pressure, no unnecessary charges.

Yes. All completed repairs include a repair warranty (length depends on the work carried out). Details are provided when your watch is returned.

Yes. We accept watches by secure, tracked delivery. Packaging and shipping guidance will be provided to ensure your watch arrives safely.
